The locked generation sources. These are the real Fast Mold Testing inspection photos (the full supplied catalog) and the two character-anchor sheets that every people-image in the library inherits via reference-image generation. Photos marked "wired into generation config" are actively used as device anchors today; the rest are ground truth available to wire in. They are inputs, not outputs — changing one changes every future generation that draws on it, so they don't get voted on and never count toward the established or under-review sets.
